Ground Hardness:
Less soft ground that you could dig with a shovel but you want something easier.
Really hard ground? Use a Mini Loader post hole digger.
How deep?
700mm max – 0.5m extensions available but you’ll need to take the extension off each hole to remove from the hole.
How Many Holes?
It’ll do a lot depending on how fit you are, the size of the auger and how hard the ground is.
Remember, you’re the muscle that’s pushing it into the ground and pulling it back out again (a number of times each hole to keep the hole free from dirt) – so a definitive answer is difficult… bit like the question “how long is a piece of string”…

Helpful Hint:
If drilling through grass, grass can clog up the auger cutters; either remove the grass after digging the first bit of the hole or dig out a square of turf so you start digging in dirt.

How Our Hire Rates Work
Same Day Saver – Hire Rate for any hire that starts and finishes on the same day.
More than one day – All days charged at same day rate until weekly rate applies.
Weekend – Pickup Saturday am and return Monday between 6.00am 7.00am.
NOTE:
Friday after 4.00pm pick up and return Saturday before 5.00pm is always 24 hour hire rate.
Friday pick up anytime and return Monday before 7.00am = 2 x same day.
Week – 7 day week
More than one week – Days over 1 week: 20% of weekly rate (i.e. week rate divided by 5).
Month – calendar month
