Went in to inquire about a dingo and was really impressed with the friendly service and advice from the girl that served me, even though she's a celtics fan . She answered all my questions and gave me a run through of how to use it. Usually go to kennards but will be coming back here.

The guys and girls were great at Better Rentals. I rang first thing on Saturday morning and they put machine aside straight away. When I got there a ery easy process to pick up machine and also when I returned machine same deal. BETTER RENTALS all the way

You could not ask for a better group of people to deal with. Gave me some pointers on using the drain snake when I picked it up and helped me load it. Will definitely be going back to them again.

As per usual, rocked up last minute to hire a jack hammer. Greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. Went out of their way to make my experience easy. Big shout out to Dave, thanks for your knowledge and advice, all came in handy. There’s a reason I keep coming back to BR ftg, and I get reminded of that every time I go back in there for a new hire. We hired a wet tile saw and couldn't have asked for better service! We hired one from one of the big hire companies the week before and lost so many tiles as it was in need of a service. So glad we found Better Rentals!

2 Oct 23 update.
Another excellent experience. Picked up a splitter on Friday. Very helpful efficient service. Dropped it off on the Monday and they even unhooked it from my car and I drive away. No hassles. This is five star service.
Very fair pricing with excellent old school customer service - wish more businesses were like this. Peter couldn't be more helpful. This is how you get and keep customers for life.

Better is the best! Price, service, equipment, terms and conditions. My first choice when I need to hire good equipment and even though I always do it they're happy to clean everything on return.
