Stripping wallpaper is never a fun job – but make it easier when you hire one of these.
A wall paper stripper isn’t very high tech. They’re kind of like a kettle with a long hose.
Wallpaper Steamer Instructions:
1. Fill with water.
2. Turn on and wait to heat up (10-15 min) and the steam to come out.
Note – a tank lasts about 1.5 hours and will turn off automatically when the water is low.
3. Test an area – if the paper comes off easily, great, if not, run the spiked wallpaper perforator over the wall – just hard enough to puncture the paper without damaging the wall underneath.
Note: the spiked roller is included in the hire price. You only pay if you don’t return it (it’s expensive so don’t throw it out with all the paper you take down).

How Our Hire Rates Work
Same Day Saver – Hire Rate for any hire that starts and finishes on the same day.
More than one day – All days charged at same day rate until weekly rate applies.
Weekend – Pickup Saturday am and return Monday between 6.00am 7.00am.
– 8 hours use per weekend.
Is this fair – we think so; you have 2 days to do your job and we keep our hire rates fair for those with small jobs – and those who have bigger jobs and need more hours are charged extra for the extra machine wear and tear.
If you have a larger job, it may be more economical to collect Friday afternoon and pay for 2 days – which includes 16 hours use.
NOTE:
Friday after 4.00pm pick up and return Saturday before 5.00pm is always 24 hour hire rate.
Friday pick up anytime and return Monday before 7.00am = 2 x same day.
Week – 7 day week
More than one week – Days over 1 week: 20% of weekly rate (i.e. week rate divided by 5).
Month – calendar month
Hour Metre Items – 8 hours per day/weekend, 40 hours per week, 160 hours per month; extra charges apply
