Just give us a call – our numbers are at the top of the page – and we’ll reserve one for you. Simple.
Sorry, we don’t accept email reservations as we’ve found spam filters – yours and ours – make them unreliable.

What we need when you pick up the equipment – or we deliver it.

Identification

Victorian drivers licence for identification so we know who we’re letting take away our machine.
Don’t have a Victorian License? Bring along a friend who does and we’ll hire to them.

Deposit and Payment:

Cash: If the daily hire rate is below $150.00 inc gst we’re happy to accept a cash deposit of the hire charge plus one day.
Visa, Mastercard: The hire charge (minimum 1 day) and we hold the numbers as a deposit. Sorry, no Amex or Diners.
or
EFTPOS card: The hire charge (minimum 1 day) PLUS one extra day’s hire charge as a deposit.
Cheques? Sorry. Please don’t take it personally, but we don’t accept cheques.

What is a weekend?

Saturday morning through to Monday morning.
If the machine is available Friday after 4.00 we’re happy for you to pick it up earlier.
We open at 6.00 Monday so you can return – but so long as it’s returned by 7.00 the weekend rate will apply.

We’re closed from 12.00 Saturday until 6.00am Monday – what happens if there’s a breakdown?

Just call the branch you hired from and follow the instructions – someone will answer your call and work out a solution.

What’s a “Same Day Saver”?

Pick up and return on the same day. No worrying about special “half day” or “4 hour” rates. Just simple and easy to work out – for you and us.

Summer time special. Take advantage of daylight saving: pick up after 4.00pm and return by 8.00am next day for same day saver.
