There are many hire companies who promise “great service” with rates that are “too good to be true”.
Well we promise we “probably” won’t be the cheapest.
But we also promise we’ll help you save money on your job by making sure the “whole transaction” runs smoothly and efficiently.
From accurate invoicing to quality equipment that is efficient on fuel and your operator’s time and a simple rate structure not designed to “trick” you into thinking you’re getting a deal.
For example we include a point and chisel in our breaker hire; and a tank of fuel on small stuff.

Do you need on time delivery?

We take care of most of our own delivery with our delivery vehicles.
This allows us to make sure you get the Better Rentals service without it being watered down by another company’s driver not showing for work.
No half baked excuses like “it’s on a contractor and we can’t reach him”.
Our Promise – it’s on time or the delivery is free.

Do you need order numbers, job numbers or other information on invoices?

We’re like you and hate it when there’s an issue with our account caused by lack of info.
“But you didn’t give us an order number” is something we promise we’ll never say or annoy your accounts people with.
Our Promise – Let us know what you require on an invoice and we’ll make it our responsibility to collect the info.
And “On hire Reports” emailed weekly are standard should you require.

You need to run a safe work site – and require the machines and paperwork to be in order.

All our mobile plant includes:

• Independent Plant Risk Assessments
• Operator Manuals
• Log Books

And of course all the safety equipment (from flashing lights and seat belts to all necessary guards) in good working order to keep your job site safe.
We’ll never use the excuse “but you didn’t ask for it”.
Our machines aren’t “Ready for Hire” unless they really are “Ready for Hire”. We Promise.

We’ve been in around since 1986 supplying local councils and contractors on large infrastructure projects – so we have plenty of experience in what you require.
And many of our customers we’ve been helping since then. Some have gone elsewhere for a time but come back after the promise of “all the gold you can eat” has proved to be just that.
